3. User Responsibilities

By accessing our services, you agree to the following responsibilities:

Our liability is capped at the subscription fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

11. Dispute Resolution

Accelerec aims to resolve disputes amicably through direct communication. If disputes cannot be resolved, they shall be subject to:

  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the United Kingdom.
  • Arbitration: Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). The arbitration shall take place in London, UK, and the language of the arbitration shall be English.

12. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access if:

  • You breach these Terms.
  • Your use of the platform poses a risk to other users or our infrastructure.

Termination does not exempt you from obligations such as unpaid fees.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed by the laws of the United Kingdom. All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in London, UK.
